1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Some are essential for the website to work; others are used to measure visits or show advertising. Essential cookies do not require your consent; all others do (Article 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI).
2. Which cookies we use
- Strictly necessary (first-party). They store your cookie choice and protect our forms against automated submissions. Always on.
- Analytics (third-party: Google). They tell us how many people visit the site, which pages they view and which channel they came from. Only activated if you accept them.
- Advertising (third-party: Google and Meta). They measure which campaigns bring visits or enquiries and allow us to show DataGrowt ads on other websites and social networks. Only activated if you accept them.
Until you accept, the site runs Google's consent mode set to "denied": no analytics or advertising cookies are set.
3. Cookie list

| dg_consent | DataGrowt (first-party) | Necessary | Stores your cookie choice | 12 months |

Google and Meta cookies are only set if DataGrowt has those tools enabled and you accept their category. We review this list whenever we add or remove a tool.
4. How to accept, reject or change your choice
On your first visit we show a notice with three buttons of equal size: Accept all, Reject all and Settings. In "Settings" you can enable each category separately; none is enabled by default.
We store your choice for 12 months, after which we will ask again. You can change it at any time:
If you withdraw consent you had previously given, we delete that category's cookies from the domain and reload the page.
5. From your browser
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser:
If you block strictly necessary cookies, the forms may not work.
6. Third parties and transfers
Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. may process the data from their cookies as independent controllers and access it from the United States. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information:
7. Updates
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this policy and, where the change affects your consent, ask you again.
