2. Purpose
This website presents DataGrowt Systems, S.L. ("DataGrowt") and its services: lead generation, vertical portals, web development, SaaS software, data analysis and integrations. It also informs people who have signed up on DataGrowt's portals about how their data is processed and allows them to exercise their rights.
The information-request portals run by DataGrowt on tellamamos.es and its subdomains (for example, tualarma.tellamamos.es) have their own legal notice, terms of use, privacy policy and cookie policy, published in Spanish at tellamamos.es.
DataGrowt is not an energy supplier, telecommunications operator, insurer, insurance intermediary, private security company or credit intermediary, and does not advise on those products.
3. Terms of use
Access to this website is free. Users undertake to use it lawfully and in good faith and, in particular, not to:
- enter false data, or another person's data without their authorisation, in the forms;
- submit forms automatically, scrape content in bulk or overload the systems;
- introduce viruses or any other harmful code.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, designs, logos, trademarks (including AffiliaTracker), source code and other content of this website belong to DataGrowt or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may view and print them for personal use. Reproduction, distribution or transformation for commercial purposes without written authorisation is prohibited.

5. Links
This website may contain links to third-party sites, such as affiliatracker.com or www.aepd.es. DataGrowt does not control third-party sites. If it becomes aware that a link leads to unlawful content, it will remove it promptly (Article 17 LSSI).
6. Liability
DataGrowt takes reasonable care to keep the information accurate and the website available, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur, which it will correct as soon as it becomes aware of them. Figures and service descriptions are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. The terms of each service are set out in the corresponding quote or contract.
Nothing in this notice limits DataGrowt's liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights that the law grants to consumers.
7. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy. The use of cookies is explained in the Cookie policy, and you can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia (Spain).
