3. Business contact form
We process the data you give us in the contact form: name, company, email, phone (if provided), the services you are interested in and your message. We also log the date, IP address and browser to prevent automated form submissions.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required for us to reply. We will not use your email to send you advertising unless you later give us your express consent.
4. Rights request form
We process your name, email, the phone number you registered with, the portal and any details you provide. We use them to locate your record, reply to you and, if you request opt-out or erasure, notify the companies that received your data. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for additional information, never more than necessary (Art. 12(6) GDPR).
5. Clients and suppliers
If you hire our services or provide yours to us, we process the contact details of the people involved and the company's billing details. When DataGrowt processes personal data on behalf of a client (for example, when running a portal under the client's brand), it does so as a processor and signs an agreement under Article 28 GDPR.
6. People registered on our portals
DataGrowt runs sector-based information-request portals on tellamamos.es and its subdomains (alarms, insurance and others). On them, people ask to be contacted by the companies on the portal's list of recipients that they authorise, through the channels stated in the authorisation box.
- The controller of that data is DataGrowt Systems, S.L.
- We only share your data with the companies you authorise and with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Each company is responsible for your data from the moment it receives it.
- Your consent to be contacted expires after 12 months. You can withdraw it earlier at any time.
- Proof of your request and your consents is kept blocked for 3 years to deal with complaints or requests from the authorities.
- We do not sell or rent lists, nor do we enrich your data with other sources.
The full information is in the portals' privacy policy (in Spanish), and each portal's list of companies is at its /cesionarios address. You can request the details of your sign-up or opt out on Your data.
