Questions frompeople like you.
Have you sold my data?
No. We do not sell or rent lists. We only send your request to the companies you ticked on the form, and those companies are contractually bound not to pass it on to anyone else.
They keep calling me even though I said no. What can I do?
Opt out using the form on this page. We pass it on to every company that received your data within 2 business days. If they keep calling after that, tell us and we will investigate with that company.
I'm on the Robinson List (Spain's do-not-call register). Why was I called?
The Robinson List blocks advertising from companies you have no relationship with. If you give your consent to a specific company on a portal, that company may contact you while the consent is valid. If you no longer want this, withdraw it here and they will stop.
How long do you keep my data?
Your permission to be contacted expires after 12 months. After that we keep the proof of your request blocked for 3 years, only so that we can respond to a court or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Full retention periods are in our Privacy policy.
What if I disagree with your answer?
You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
